Goal for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Participation (2026-2028)

Pine Bluff Transit has an active DBE program in place, aligned with 49 CFR Part 26 regulations, and operates under the guidance of the Arkansas Department of Transportation (ARDOT) and the Federal Transportation Administration (FTA). 

The agency favors DBEs, particularly in purchasing and contracting, recognizing women, minority owned and small-capital businesses for procurement opportunities.
