Paratransit Services

Pine Bluff Transit Paratransit Service Overview:

•  Eligibility: Available to riders certified as paratransit-eligible under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
•  Service Area: Provides origin-to-destination service to locations within ¾ mile of a fixed bus route.
•  Purpose: Designed for individuals whose disabilities prevent them from using fixed-route buses. 
• Application Process:
  
  • Begins with a confidential application. 
  • Must be completed by the applicant and their licensed health care provider.
  •  Pine Bluff Transit is responsible for determining eligibility.
