Service Animals (ADA-Compliant)

• Allowed on all Fixed Route and ADA Paratransit buses, as well as in transit facilities.
• Must be trained to perform tasks or provide assistance for a person with a disability.
• Must be non-aggressive and non-threatening.
• No leash, crate, or restraint required while the animal is performing its duties

Non-Service Animals (Pets)

• Allowed only if they meet all the following guidelines:
  
  • Must be in a carrier or crate.
  • Carrier must not block aisles.
  • Carrier must fit on the rider's lap or under the seat.
  • Animal must be non-aggressive and non-threatening.
